Warranty

VoiceToys D.O.O., as the author and manufacturer of the VoiceToys system, grants every user a full warranty lasting 24 months after the purchase of the product.

If within 24 months from the date of sale any technical irregularity appears, the device will be replaced with a new one free of charge and within the shortest possible time.

After the expiry of the warranty period, or in case of physical damage or consequences of handling contrary to this manual, we will remedy any possible defect on your devices for the minimum possible compensation for service and spare parts.

Maintenance

VoiceToys devices do not require any special maintenance, except cleaning with a soft cloth and mild disinfectants.

Service

The service of the devices is carried out exclusively by the manufacturer - VoiceToys D.O.O.

In case of a problem, please contact us directly and do not attempt to repair the devices yourself.

Except for the "JumpY" device, all of them contain lithium batteries that lose their capacity over time. If you notice a significant decrease in battery life, request a replacement at our service. It is not intended for the battery to be replaced by the user.
